如果想購買的貨品而實體店沒有，可以怎辦？
因為不是全部的貨品都在實體店發售，我們可提供網上購買，你亦可在實體店預訂。
實體店有退貨服務嗎？

你購買之貨品的同時，請即時檢查該貨品是否存有任何損毀及配件齊存。如即時發現產品品質不合符生產標准，保證更換。貨品由購買日期計起提供 1 年保養。

一般情況下，我們不接受任何產品交換或退款的要求。

如果我們同意你有權更換產品：

  • - 在接受產品交換之前，請向我們出示購物收據正本或相關的電子收據。
  • - 我們有權拒絕因貨品外觀問題及配件不齊全之原因，更換貨品。
  • - 更換之貨品必須連同完整包裝、配件、說明書一併退回。
  • - 更換之貨品必須沒有人為損壞、損毀及曾經濕水之現象。
  • - 任何情況下所送贈品不設退換及維修。

What should I do if the product I want is not available at the retail store?
If a product is not available in store, our product specialist will assist with placing the order.
Can I return my purchase at the retail store?

Customers should examine the product immediately for any defects and/or damage. If any problems are immediately found, or if any products are not up to manufacturing standards, RENPHO guarantees the exchange of product. RENPHO provides 1-year warranty from the start of your purchase date.

For circumstances outside of defects and/or damage, we shall not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.

If we have agreed you are entitled to an exchange:

  • - Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be provided before product exchange is accepted:
  • - RENPHO has the right to refuse to exchange a product on the grounds of damage to its appearance or missing accessories
  • - Packing, accessories, user guide and blank warranty card should be returned together with the product for exchange
  • - The product to be returned should not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage from personal use.
  • - No warranty or repair is provided for products that are provided as complimentary gifts.
